The items arrived as pictured and although there was no OEM label on the box, appeared to be new. The yellow 5-arm brushes, however, did not fit series 500 properly as it kept flying off while in use(original 500 series only had 3 arm brushes, not 5). I had a longer screw and was able to make it work. The other tubular brushes were in excellent condition and worked perfectly. Overall, I'm happy with purchase.
