Use words as “ cooperate” “ I will do … “ meaning he decides on his own how he will dismiss your return requests for a “ resolution” I liked the pieces, but I ordered these because they were sold as Natural Stones. If the seller listed them as what they are, and allow customers to make a choice based on the right information, it would allow for a better experience. They are nice pieces, just misrepresented.

This last order somehow got lost in the mail and USPS delivered an empty envelope. Contacted USPS and was told there was nothing they could do because that was how they received it. Contacted the seller to see if there was anyway they could do. With in a couple of hours the seller had offered to replace the jewelry for me. They had it in the mail the very next day. The necklaces are beautiful.
