The ENGINEER NP-05 are 'plastic nippers' (i.e. cutters specifically designed for the cutting of plastic. however they can also cut copper wire). Their compact size (& tapered/slender head) makes them ideal for use in restricted spaces & cutting small parts in general - the cutters have very sharp & durable blades that can also be used to cut light gauge copper wire.
