DELIVERY / BACKORDERS
 
Upon receipt of your order you will be asked to sign for the goods received in good condition. If the package does not appear to be in good condition then please refuse the delivery. If you are unable to check the contents of your delivery at the point of delivery then please sign for the parcel as "UNCHECKED". Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims that you make thereafter.
 
Craftysods.com will normally dispatch orders to you within 3 working days. We shall endeavour to dispatch as much of your order as soon as possible. However, there are occasions when we will not able to supply your full order first time. In this event, we will inform you of the shortage immediately and we shall retain your order on file and send any back order as soon as stock arrives. If this is not acceptable to you, then you are entitled to cancel the outstanding order and obtain an immediate refund for the price of the goods undelivered. See refund policy
 
REFUNDS POLICY

Our 48 hours returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 48 hours of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Any returned items that are found not to be faulty or incomplete will be returned to you and we shall be entitled to charge you for the return carriage costs via your original payment method. In the event that your credit card has expired, or is declined we will hold the item(s) until full payment has been made for the return carriage.
