The feather pen looked like it was supposed to but I paid like $8 for a pen that is out of ink. Maybe it's refillable? The listing definitely specified it was used but I wish it had specified the pen was out of ink, or that it's refillable if it is. I just expected the pen to ba able to write when I bought it.
