This fabulous Ken doll as Rhett Butler in Gone With The Wind, from the Mattel Hollywood Legends Collection has never been removed from the box but the box has definite signs of wear (but not tear or holes).  The box is kind of soiled (for lack of a better word) around all the front edges, has some crinkles, scuffs, and scratches, and some white spots on the back of the box and bottom edges.  The inside is fine, though.
