In addition to its image stabilization technologies, the Olympus EVOLT E-520 comes with face-detection technology to ensure your portraits are amazing. The face detection targets and locks on faces in your frame and ensures they are in focus and blur-free. The camera’s shadow adjustment technology opens up details in your frame that other cameras would either render too dark or underexposed while maintaining detail in the highlighted sections. The digital Olympus E-520 digital camera's shot preview mode adds another user-friendly feature by enabling photographers to look at the viewfinder and then select both white balance and exposure compensation effects directly on the camera’s LCD viewfinder screen and allows you to see how the image will look with your chosen settings before you even take the shot. The Olympus Evolt E-520 DSLR’s 10-megapixel live-MOS sensor delivers high-resolution images that are colorful, detailed, and clear, making them suitable for either large prints or tight crops. The Olympus Evolt E-520’s kit comes with two lenses that each provide different focal length options when taking photographs in the field. The 14-42mm comes equipped with front and rear lens caps. The camera strap will help you keep your digital Olympus E-520 camera close at hand so you can grab the ideal shot. The camera’s lithium-ion battery and its accompanying charger makes sure your camera is supplied with continuous power, and the camera bag will help you keep all of the components together. The E-520 features Olympus’ proven dust reduction system that captures dust on a special adhesive membrane called the Supersonic Wave Filter when the camera is turned on. Don’t let dust ruin your perfect image. The Olympus Evolt E-520 DSLR is compatible with Olympus FL-50R and FL-36R wireless electronic flashes. The E-520 can control up to three wireless flash groups independently with multiple flash units in each group. The E-520 measures 5.35 inches by 3.6 inches by 2.68 inches and weighs just slightly more than a pound, making it extremely portable and compact enough to shoot with all day. The camera’s ergonomic grip ensures that it fits snugly in your hand, while its flexible selection of data-storage options makes it possible to transfer image files within cards directly inside the camera.
