The LEGO Group has created a series of playsets that allow you to construct an actual community for your LEGO minifigures. You may already have a booming metropolis. Maybe you’re just organizing your small community and want to get the job done right. You can add this crane to your other vehicles, buildings, and more for the minifig inhabitants. You can get your next construction project started with this working crane. The finished LEGO 7632 yellow Crawler Crane stands 17.7 inches tall and displays many of the same details as its big yellow and black inspiration. It was first released in 2009 and designed for ages 5 to 12 and up. This set contains 471 pieces and comes complete with black moving treads and a working crane that rotates 360 degrees. It has a winch to lift those heavy loads. Cranes do not operate by themselves, so this set includes two construction worker minifigures: a driver and a spotter. They are both decked out in red hard hats for safety and are carrying walkie talkies to keep each other in the loop. In addition to the Crawler Crane and the minifigures, this set also includes both a safety barricade and a large section of a house for you to chain up and lift using the crane and winch.This set contains an array of unique LEGO pieces, including orange slopes and lights and yellow hinges and girders. It looks like a real construction vehicle, and the multiple moving pieces add to its realism. It can seem like there’s real construction going on in your busy city. The crane’s huge rotating boom means that it can lift many pieces into the air for construction fun. The LEGO City Crawler Crane kit weighs a total of 2.6 pounds. Also included in this kit are fully illustrated instructions to guide you through the process of building and operating the crane.
