I cut the sandals from the bag and they were all squashed and twisted I notified the seller that I would like to return the sandals and why. He wanted me to choose a different style. I had already purchased another pair and just wanted a refund. by the original method of payment. I placed the sandals in a box and took them to the post office where the pkg.was refused for no street address.
