• We are professional vintage toy sellers. If you ever have a question or issue just email us and we do our best to help.
 
If there is not a Buy It Now price listed, I do not have one so please do not ask.
• I prefer it if payments are made within 48 hours of the auction end.
• I am happy to answer any questions that you have.
• If you are not sure of any of the details on the item or item’s you are interested in please ask and I will do my best to help.
• If you would like more pictures please ask and I will do my best to send more to you or add them to the auction.
• I try to post as soon as possible and often will post same or next day. My usual regular post days are Monday and Friday (99% of the time) I do work full time and work can affect this occasionally.
• If you need your item on a specific date please let me know before bidding / buying to ensure this is possible.
• For a lot of items postage is free. If I put postage on an item I take into account where the item is going, how it is wrapped and when it will be delivered. If you are not happy with postage cost, email me to discuss it.
• International bidders are welcome for a lot of my auctions. Please always contact me before bidding.
• E-bay is in control of the Global Shipping Program and is in charge of its costs. I cannot see how much it charges.
• If Royal Mail is used to post to international buyers then customs duties will be your responsibility so please do your research before bidding!
