Power cable is NOT included, 3 inch color screen, Flash bulb does not work, Tape mechanism is functional, There is no charger included for the two battery packs, so their condition is unknown. The viewfinder eye-piece’s plastic outer rim broke off while it was in the carrying case, all the pieces are contained if you wish to re-assemble it. Camcorder still functions normally.
