The seller did not try to gouge customers like me in need of a laptop upgrade, which is commendable. The order shipped quickly and arrived in great condition. The packaging consisted of antistatic bags with adequate protection against physical damage during transit. I have installed 1 of the 3 sticks so far and it worked without issue. The other 2 sticks were in the same bag, but I'm not expecting any issues.
