I just got this book, but it’s an excellent shape. I think it’s going to be a great read. It definitely talks about acid in your body and things that we tend to forget they were eating or drinking that can cause acid and gout in our bodies. I just started, a few months ago on the carnivore diet and that helped me drop a lot of weight to begin with but something wasn’t working out so between the two doctors information I am going to figure out the problem with the acids before my carnivore
