Please check that you have ordered the correct size and colour, we will not be responsible for the wrong item being ordered. We are unable to change the order once it has been placed, you are able to select multiple options and add to your basket before checking out. If you request a change after ordering, your order will be cancelled and refunded and you will have to re-order the correct item.
 
Messages : We aim to answer messages within 48 hours, this could be longer during busy times such as bank holidays, Christmas, Easter etc. We deal with messages on working days Monday-Friday.
 
Images : Please note that due to the configuration on different screens/monitors shades and colours can appear differently. We try to ensure images are taken in the most accurate light that we can.
 
Combined Postage : If you require combinations of colours or combined postage please add each set to your basket first then the correct postage will be applied.
Please do not request that colours and combined postage be changed after placing your order, thank you.
 
Postage Rates : Free delivery applies to the majority of our listings. Next day delivery is an added option which can be selected at the checkout - please do not order items and pay for them then request next day delivery. If you need next day delivery or guaranteed delivery before a certain date you need to select this at the checkout.
 
Postage Times : Items are posted within one working day or the same day for orders placed before 2pm. If your order is placed after 2pm it will be sent the following working day. Items are only dispatched Monday-Saturday. Items are not sent out on a Sunday or public holidays regardless as to if Next Day or 1st class postage are selected at the checkout.
 
Royal Mail – Although most items arrive in 2-3 days please be aware that Royal Mail post via 1st or 2nd class services can take up to 3 weeks to arrive in some cases. Occasionally Royal Mail do make mistakes and send parcels down the wrong postal channels, they then need to allow time for the item to come back to the correct destination. Some people think Royal Mail post always arrives in a few days and Royal Mail & eBay do suggest this but a percentage of packages are in the postal system for longer. We send a high quantity of packages out daily and a delivery time of 10-20 days can happen, for this reason Royal Mail will not undertake any claims for late or missing post until more than 20 working days (including Saturday but excluding Sunday and public holidays) has expired. So by choosing to purchase this item from us you are agreeing to allow Royal Mail the time they require to deliver the order. Please do not contact us regarding orders until at least 15 working days has passed as we will not be able to assist you. Please note once the item is sent we have no way of controlling it or how quickly it arrives.
 
Returns are accepted for 30 days. In order to return an item you will need to ensure that it is in the original packaging and in an unused condition. For shoes this means in the box with the tissue paper. For socks and clothing it means with the labels still attached. To start a return you need to go to your purchase history and open a returns case. From there you will be able to give a reason for a return and upload any images that you need to, we can then approve the return and you can send the item back. Please make sure that you include a note to state who the returned packet is from, if you do not do this then your return may not be processed. Once items are received it may take 48 hours to process a refund.
