This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. Sections of the locomotive's cab have been re-painted. The front end of the locomotive's frame is warped/bent. The locomotive is missing a marker jewel mount and both marker jewels. The locomotive did not function when tested. These items show scratches and spots of paint loss throughout various sections of the shell and chassis. These items show spots of rust on the chassis and trucks.
