In great pre-owned condition. It has been tested by turning it on with the on/off button and it powers on and the Ready light turns red, then when the Flash button is pressed it flashes. All of the buttons and movements of the flash head work as they should. It's worth noting that the battery terminals are not pristine as they were cleaned due to being slightly corroded; it doesn't effect how it works though. It does NOT come with batteries.
