SHIPPING
We do combine shipping on all items. Shipping is calculated by the most expensive shipping item cost and then + $1 or 90p for each additional item.

The cost for shipping up to 100 Grams are as follows,
International economy - $3
Int economy with tracking number until it leaves Israel - $5.50
Int Standard Eco Post with tracking - $11
DHL Courier – From $25

We will upgrade your shipping to the closest option in shipping fees paid.
You can return any item to us up to 60 days after purchase for a full refund. On Precious Metal purchases you will only receive a 90% refund. This is because of fluctuations of Spot Price. Buyer pays return postage. We try to write the scrap value for customs declaration. But you may still be required to pay taxes. That is always the buyer's responsibility.
Please note: Countries such as Germany, Canada and Sweden usually have to include the receipt on the package. This is because we have had items returned to us from these countries. If you would like us to add something to the customs declaration, please let us know prior to shipping.
We always use your address from Paypal.
Shipping can be delayed for a number of reasons that are out of our control. Please be patient.
