Put a lil water in a dish, cut out ur decal, let it soak for about a min. Use some tweezers and It will slide right off the paper, like a temporary tattoo but for nails! I use a lil paper towel to absorb excess water and seal with topcoat! I’ve also used them on baked polymer clay earrings sealed with resin.Loveee the rilakkuma. Hard to find! Inexpensive as well. Thank you! :) <3
