Should you require a quote for local shipping of a very large or heavy item (such as furniture). This will allow you to either call and request a quote or you can use our details to obtain your own quote - for which I am always available to work with your own choice of courier if you live too far to collect in person yourself.
 
Whilst almost all of my inventory is located in my own warehouses, there may be an occasion when you receive an item you ordered from me that has been shipped from a different location. Please be assured that I only ever list and advertise stock that I physically own and is not the property of any one else. To ease my storage and shipping I do use fulfilment centres and distribution warehouses both in the UK and around Europe. This makes my system more professional and allows me to offer the very best service possible. Again, Please rest assured that in all instances this is always my own stock and has never been sent from another seller.
 
To avoid fraud I often invisibly mark items to ensure I can identify all items as being my own. This marking is not visible and in no way effects the items function or value.
