  Item arrived safely and in the advertised condition. There was an issue with stock which meant my order was delayed about 1 month but this happens sometimes and can’t be helped. During the process, the communication from the seller on updates was great and even offered to cancel the order if I couldn’t wait. Would recommend the seller based on communication alone!

  I'm unsure how prior feedback for this seller has been derived but for me, the experience was exceptional. Quick, tailored communications (not generic). Reasonable shipping estimates (& the actual delivery exceeded the estimate) + exception pricing. For me, they were extremely professional, courteous (even when Royal Mail hadn't updated their tracking suggesting it was late when in fact it's was early).   Very very happy with the postage, the game case was in immaculate condition and the packaging was great, item was as it was described and it was a really good value for the item. Item was dispatched very fast. Can’t recommend enough 100% seller.

  Good seller; Royal mail took forever to deliver this because they misplaced it apparently, but it was not the seller's fault. When it eventually arrived, it was well packaged and exactly as described. It works perfectly, and the seller was very helpful and communicative throughout the process of locating the missing parcel. Overall very pleased.
