Good, Working and Affordable product
Tried this type of Ashwagandha ectract, KSM66, the first time, before I tried the normal powder.
And definitely you notice the effect between the two. This extract is much more potent, and also you noticed really the effect about 20-30 min after taking it (I also take it with black pepper extract for maximum absorption).
You feel mood change to more relaxed, positive say. Adds definitely also to libido ( I have stressful job). I personally like to take two capsules, one in the morning and one before going to bed, with one small glass of water.
I was little bit sceptical before trying this, that I would notice any real effect, but to my surprise it does have very positive effect.
I can recommend this one for anyone who feels stressed, or noticed libido drop.

Good and working product
Used almost the whole packet now and has fermented every time well without problems, good stuff.
