When i bought it, i just unpacked and notice one rubber missing. They quickly responded with a kit full of rubber. And on my day off, i completely unpacked, to fit it, suprise, one corner damaged. Contacted the seller, and they had no obligation whatsoever cause already been awhile, but they offered to send a replacement with no need to send the damaged back.

I contacted the seller to report this and request a refund ,and within 3 hours I not only had a reply , but a refund was in my account. I decided to buy the second pair from them, these arrived within 5 days and thankfully in perfect condition. I bought them for my 2023 Peugeot e-208 GT , very easy to fit perfectly. Great customer service for the refund, and happy with the item!
