    The item HASN'T even been shipped yet. I was supposed to get the tablet screen ON DEC 1, and USA-TOUCH-REPAIR hasn't...I REPEAT...HASN'T EVEN SHIPPED THE ITEM! This is unacceptable!! At first I said that I must have been on a PHISHING Website when I bought the item, because, every time I checked, the tracking, it just kept showing "PAY" and never moved to "SHIPPED"! This shop has 100% rating on eBay!! 100%!! How's that possible!! eBay needs to look into this shop b/c it could be a scam.
