Very rude and unprofessional service. Had to get ebay to step in to initiate a refund. Very poor customer service and care from a supposedly reputable company. Disgusting, bought in good faith, the garment was purchased for a funeral, this is not a company to do business with, avoid.

I received no communication from them, no emails were answered and nothing arrived - Bay had to step in to sort out a refund. Very disappointed - I have previously shopped in TM Lewin stores and always been happy.
