After several more attempts to contact them with no response contacted ebay who said it was over time limit and I would not get a refund. However ebay ageed that they had been away and then never made an attempt to contact me so I could get a refund.

I didn’t receive that either and they then said the item was out of stock so would refund me. Very disappointing as I loved this duvet set. However I appreciated the sellers communication and the refund.
