  Exceptional from beginning to end. Although I bought item around 8 pm, the phone was sent out very next morning and arrived as quickly as possible. Packaging was great. And the item had zero surprises and was just as described, no cracks on screen, battery works, screen works, buttons work etc. Definitely positive experience. Thank you!

  What a great seller. Stephen is an honest respectful person. He went all the way to make this deal happen. He accommodated all our requests. The laptop is like new as he described it exactly. He stayed in contact with us to make sure everything is perfect AND not only this, he went and call eBay about an extra charge they made by mistake on my card and got us back the money. This is someone you want to buy from in the future
