  Worst transaction on Ebay ever. They admitted that it didn't work as described with one of the phone models listed for, then wanted to issue a partial refund (50%), then wanted to not generate a return label and wanted me to quote what it would cost to ship back to China, then wanted to handle outside of Ebay process and refund me directly..... Soooooo Sketchy! Trying to wear you down so that you give up and let it go.
