  Do not buy this conditioner from the seller I seriously doubt they even have it. I ordered a bottle waited 10 days before I decide to message the seller asking when it was going to be shipped. They told me in the description it said it was gonna be shipped 6/17. Well I have access to the original listing so I don’t know why they thought that was smart to lie about so I personally wouldn’t trust the seller

  Hello, We received your negative feedback and wanted to reach out to find out what the issue with the order is? The item was shipped on 6/9/2025 as promised. According to tracking ID 9449008105463764125392 it was processed through the USPS hub in Charlotte the next day, meaning it was on its way to you. It seems there has been a delay on USPS's behalf, however, we cannot control USPS unfortunately. The item was successfully delivered on 6/20/2025.
