  The pen is exactly as described, and I appreciate the extra precaution of shipping it in a cloth sleeve. But I'm a little baffled that it had a fresh cartridge installed. It seems risky to ship a loaded fountain pen. Including a cartridge is a nice bonus but it would be better to let the buyer install it on receipt. Thanks so much!
