    Somewhat disappointed after paying premium price the EBay side of a large corporation sent 3 new casters along with one disassembled used caster wheel. This is not what one expects purchasing quality German made items. Seller states dirty used packaging is their way of doing environmental awareness and possibly exposing one to who knows what pathogens. Sad situation after initially exchanging positive communications with an individual representative of this company.

    Return item was lost in transit. I paid eBay for the return shipping. Seller left it to me to resolve even though tracking was provided to them. Seller shared tracking info with me and it showed item was picked up from my house and lost in Sacramento. USPS was still searching for it. I received no credit and I’m out the purchase price and return shipping.
