The vendor communicated, however the product wasn't as listed. I bought it for the camera specs, but those weren't even close to true. After putting in for the return, I was told to return itto China, but the post office said it came from New York. I think this listing was false advertising. I wouldn't buy from this vendor again. This is my first bad review, because I tried to have the situation rectified and the vendor's offers were not acceptable.
