  Okay, this was my second time dealing with the seller. My first experience was perfect so far. So well that I bought from them again. As before, the item was priced well, well packaged, timely shipped and arrived undamaged. This time the item had a couple of small wear marks on the case, but overall in near like-new condition. Surprisingly, its specs are better than both advertised and labeled on the packaging. The ram was double as advertised and the operating system was upgraded!

  Excellent item, solid packaging, great price, fast shipping. The seller accidentally included the wrong power cord, but after I contacted them and let them know, they shipped me the correct one right away at no charge. Plus, their communication was immediate, friendly, professional, and thorough. I would definitely buy from this seller again. Thank you.

  This seller was fantastic. The products came as described and worked perfectly. The product was well worth the price. It was in great condition. It looked good, with only a few minor scratches on it, but these were all described within the product description. The seller forgot to include an additional included wifi component, but after contacting them they sent one over right away. Would buy from them again!

  tem came exactly as described, as well as having pictures of the unit I received. Shipping was really fast(3 days), and seller took enough precautions during packaging that the laptop easily survived the gauntlet of UPS. Overall would not hesitate when ordering from this seller

  This was my second experience with PrimeTimeBuys. Very pleased with their products and service. My first purchase was a Dell 7740 laptop in August 2023. The unit is still going strong. Most recently I purchased the Dell 3551 laptop. Again, this unit was in great condition (like new). It did develop a problem with one of the RAM modules. Made contact with the company and bada-boom-bada-bing, the replacement part was on it's way. Arrived in mere days. Hats off to this company! Great job guys.

  Phenomenal buy on a like new convertible laptop. Prompt and professional communications and super fast shipping. Laptop arrived well packaged and ahead of time. Computer is in excellent condition with correct charging unit included. Windows 11 home operating system loaded and ready to go!
