  This item didn't arrived quickly (not the seller's fault it was an international transaction and got caught in customs for some time). The seller was really helpful when I contacted them because it was late and offered to assist if it had not arrived within a particular time frame. Item when it made it out of customs covered in more stickers than you could imagine was in mint condition and had been well packed. Would recommend seller - but beware customs!

  They added a few bits of tufted grass in the packaging and sent it very securely packed. Item was new as described. Can recommend.

  Great seller, excellent communication and customer service. They really helped me in figuring out what was going on when USPS lost their minds and pretended the package was headed back overseas for some reason. Seriously, A+.

  Great service. It took a little while to get here, but with coming from Spain and very low postage costs it was to be expected. I messaged the seller and queried it, he was quick to reply and informed me of the approximate timescale.
