  I received my item as described with no shipping or delivery issues. Yes, it's used and looks used. Lol But it was stated used in the description. I turned it on to see if it was going to get hot and YASSSS it was very hot at a low setting.   Communication was fantastic with the seller and the product - CSZ Cold Therapy System was as described. Seller was also open and generous with shipping even though the listing was labeled as a pick up only. Very well packaged too. The product just needed a quick cleaning/sterilization which was to be expected being a used medical machine, but it has been working like a champ and for the price it was an absolute deal and it was a pleasure working with the seller. Highly recommended!!!!
