The item shipped from China and they said they couldn’t send a return shipping label. They messaged me to ship it myself and they would reimburse me to my PayPal account. I shipped the item back a week ago and they have stopped responding to my messages asking to be paid for shipping. The purchase was fine and it was delivered as expected. I decided to return the item with free returns. I communicated with the seller and shipping instructions were provided. We agreed I pay for shipping and the amount would be credited to my PayPal. I shipped the item and provided my PayPal address. Everything was excellent at that point. Then all messaging stopped. Package was delivered on 14 August but held at post office and not picked up. What happened?
