  Works as described and functions to my satisfaction. Packaging was sufficient too! Also very awesome that shipping to Belgium (EU) isn't a problem for this seller. i've often seen other sellers that refuse to ship to Belgium but are happy to ship to France and Germany (we're right between them ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ ) I definitly recommend this seller.

  AAA+++ vendor, agate reveived but unfortunately im underwhelmed by the lack of similarity compared to item shown in ebay photograph but I'm reasonably happy. Despite asking politely there is seemingly no way to receive a remotely similar looking agate to that shown on Ebay site, which is disappointing but understood to an extent. Arrived safe and sound and well packaged.

  The seller notified me to say they wasn’t happy with the quality what was due to be sent to me , They immediately got in touch and organised a re fund , as much as I didn’t receive what i needed would use the seller again due to the prompt service in the re fund and there honesty which goes a long way for me

  Took a while to arrive, then on opening package it had some scratch marks on the bean. Contacted seller who straight away said they would send a replacement and did not want the scratched one to be returned. They were keen to get it sorted and status to be changed, but as of yet I have not received the replacement.
