  Queried the seller about dust jacket and received helpful (and truthful) reply which made me confident to buy the book. Free postage, plus discount for buying a second book, meant it was very good value and I am pleased with both books. Condition better than described and promptly delivered. Just one point - the thin plastic postage packaging risks damage - on this occasion all ok. Even a sheet of newspaper or similar would give some protection, and not add much weight.

  I've bought hundreds of books from goldstonebooksuk in just the last few weeks alone, because of the amazing discounts on the books for multiple-book purchases (the more books you buy, the higher the discount, all the way up to 50%!). The books have always lived up to the description, or better than described. All well-packed, with super-quick delivery. Exceptional support whenever I've contacted them. Awesome seller.

  Excellent service. Prompt despatch. Well packaged. The only problem I had was that as the DVD was new and sealed, the disc was moving freely inside the DVD. What had happened one of the inside holders of the disc had broken. I contacted the seller who confirmed they were not responsible for sealing the DVD. My recommendation would be if you purchase a DVD from this Company could they check with their suppliers both holders in the disc are secure before sealing!

  I ordered this book, however the wrong book was sent to me. When I contacted the seller, the response was very prompt and very professional. The seller was very apologetic and refunded me the full sum I had paid. I accept that mistakes happen. The seller rectified this immediately, and therefore would happily buy from this seller in the future

  Book was delivered - it took a bit longer than what was shown on the listing, but it was okay for international delivery (3 weeks). Condition of book was very good but there was a large fold in the cover. Note that the book was sent in a plastic bag so the corners got a bit rounded on its travels. That said, the rest of the book was in good condition. Overall cost of book and delivery was very good. Sellers communication also on point. Thank you.

  Arrived on time and as described . . . . .however; The books were just shoved into a jiffy bag and posted The bag was damaged upon arrival, I am assuming this was heavy hand handling by the RM 2 of the book corners on each book were bent, detracting from what were otherwise, we described books in decent condition. I was able to rectify about 85% of the damage, so I have no need to return them Please reconsider your packaging, I am unwilling to buy from you again, whilst you used jiffy bags
