I ordered 35 pairs of these stockings, after which I got a phone call from the owner asking if she could send out 1 first so I could see if I liked them. She told me she wanted to avoid me returning them all. I agreed, I received one and let them know I'd like the other ones. I have still not received them, they tell me Fedex is "investigating" but it's now been weeks and the company refuses to give an update or refund me.

Sadly, I ordered two items and one had the base of it broken which ruined the rest of it covering it in the remains of the base. The seller was excellent in keeping in touch, sending a replacement which arrived quickly and was very friendly! I will be keeping an eye on the sellers shop for future purchases, many thanks!

It was supposed to arrive 3 days before the carnival at the latest. Kept asking the seller if it would arrive and was told that it would arrive before the carnival, so I didn’t buy a back up costume. Spend carnival with no costume. Asked for a refund. Was told I had received the costume, so no refund! Worst customer service EVER!
