  Great product. Couldn't fault their service! I emailed regarding delivery before the estimated delivery date, and my parcel came after 1 working day! Was also able to track my parcel, as they also provided a tracking number so i can keep an eye out on when my parcel would be arriving. Thankyou so much fancydressVIP, can't wait to dress my son in the costume! Will definitely be ordering from you again. The item was exactly as described. Thankyou once again!

  The customer service this company provides is absolutely appalling. I ordered 35 pairs of these stockings, after which I got a phone call from the owner asking if she could send out 1 first so I could see if I liked them. She told me she wanted to avoid me returning them all. I agreed, I received one and let them know I'd like the other ones. I have still not received them, they tell me Fedex is "investigating" but it's now been weeks and the company refuses to give an update or refund me.

  The item is exactly as shown, quite fun as well. Looks it will handle a mad night on the table! Sadly, I ordered two items and one had the base of it broken which ruined the rest of it covering it in the remains of the base. The seller was excellent in keeping in touch, sending a replacement which arrived quickly and was very friendly! I will be keeping an eye on the sellers shop for future purchases, many thanks!

  Ordered a carnival costume which arrived the day AFTER the carnival. It was supposed to arrive 3 days before the carnival at the latest. Kept asking the seller if it would arrive and was told that it would arrive before the carnival, so I didn’t buy a back up costume. Spend carnival with no costume. Asked for a refund. Was told I had received the costume, so no refund! Worst customer service EVER!
