  WORST seller. Sent me a wrong waterfall faucet than what was mentioned in the item description. But the seller is asking me to accept a partial refund and keep it. What am i to do with the wrong product?!?! Sent several messages to take the return and refund the full amount. But no responses at all. Unbelievably BAD selling practices. STAY AWAY from this horrible seller.

  Wrong item sent. Seller wanted to haggle with a partial refund not once, but twice, before issuing a complete refund. Seller said to keep the item, and give a 5 star review. I can not do this because the WRONG item was shipped. Seller did respond to messages in a timely manner, and shipping time was within reason..

  I never received the item. Contacted them, but I never received a response, just a partial refund for most of the cost. It still cost me $0.29 for the transaction, which is miniscule, but it was under no fault of my own that I did not receive the item. The fact that it was only $0.29 is the only reason I chose neutral feedback instead of negative.
