Firstly the Bike was delivered instantly. The first problem was lock key was already broken stuck inside the 🔐 lock. Then second problem was Bike Stand was broken on first use. The third problem is Tyre quality is really bad within a month I already had 2 time flat tyre. The fourth problem, the battery is not durable, it doesn't last more than 3hr even with paddle assist. The Bike is too heavy.
