  The seller made a combined shipment, FedEx handed the package to USPS and the latter never delivered it to its final destination. I informed the seller since I spoke directly with a FedEx agent and he told me that the seller should make the claim, but he refused to do so. I have the chats if they were necessary... very user-friendly...
