  It was this dispatch on time But I NEVER received the item till date even though there s a picture showing as delivered I ve haven t received. However I contacted seller and he s been VERY helpful trying for me to get my item From HERMES who according to their website says received and SIGNED FOR but when seller contacted them they said because of covid NOBODY SIGNED so they left it at my door. So I ve paid for something I ve NEVER SEEN WITH MY EYES money has been waisted.

  Item arrived as described, only thing I didn’t see on the listing and should’ve asked was if the item was from a smoke free home. I don’t believe this item has come from a smoke free home. Nothing stated in the description and everything else as described.
