  The seller was great throughout. The package was fully tracked but for reasons was lost by the postal system. Once informed I hadn't received the item, the seller contact the postal service, kept me updated and happily refunded the item when the postal service couldn't find the item. A great seller who I have bought from previously and will buy from again

  Contacted the seller after they sent me a wrong item which doesn't have the hinge protection for the zfold 6; and they didn't even want to get back in touch when I asked for a return postage label...seems they were trying to play a fast one. Had to request that eBay customer service steps in and get involved. Awful experience with this seller. Quality seems ok, but value for money isn't great either. Condition and Appearance isnt what I'd pay for either. Stay away from this one
