  This was a “big”‘purchase for me and whilst a little more expensive than some that I had seen but in its favour (and appreciated) I had the reassurance of having a standard bricks and mortar retailer. And subsequently supported me with questions and even sent through a little part to help me. Well packaged and on tracked packaging. Finally Paul could not have been more helpful.

  What an amazing experience with these guys especially Paul,he was amazing delivered my beo 9000 personally,unpacked and showed me how to use,set up all my beo remote,and gave me his personal number if I had any future queries, which I did, cannot in any way fault the service and aftercare from this seller, will definitely use again and again,,,thank you Paul👍👍

  Absolutely brilliant piece of Bang and Olusen and the customer service that you receive is second to none. Paul has outstanding passion and knowledge with this and it is a dream to have found someone who sells with a genuine and honest nature.
