  Communication was good and helpful in identifying which bushes I needed. They arrived well packaged and were as described. Unfortunately they took two weeks to arrive which means that the customers car is no longer here having got bushes elsewhere so these bushes will go into the spares drawer.

  Very disappointed with the delivery, 2 day delay, delivery took 7 days ..... they don't respond to messages and the tracking number doesn't show anything ... I don't recommend it to anyone if you need it urgently, the delivery times The description does not match....I needed it as soon as possible but it arrived late.....when asked what experience I had with the seller, the option to choose neutral or negative is missing, you can only choose Positive.....my experience is negative 👎👎👎

  This item was ordered via ebay and the delivery company Evri lost it! After a few days of realising it was not going to progress on their tracking screen, I contacted the seller by phone. Mel, whom I spoke to could not have been more helpful. Another parcel was sent by Royal Mail and arrived next day. Excellent service from this company and I will use them again. Thanks.

  I am very satisfied by how quickly and safely my package arrived all the way to the US! Everything is in great condition and I can't wait to give Little Fergie to my son for his 2nd Birthday! He is very popular with us from watching him on Youtube! You can't find him over here so I am grateful this seller was able to ship overseas. I also was happy with the quick communication when I had questions.
