    Bought one but I needed 2. Didn't know until I opened dryer. Contacted seller because they had a 2 pack for $2 more than a single one. I asked if they would send me a second for the dollars difference instead of sending single one back. They offered to send a second one I paid $5 shipping. A win for all.

    The vendor was very responsive in his communications and the product arrived earlier than expected. One experience to share is that USPS Priority and First Class to NJ are pretty much the same service even though you are paying extra thinking it will get there faster. I checked with the Post Office to validate the information.

    Item arrived before the estimated delivery date, was in the like new condition described in the listing & was packaged in an appropriate sized box. This was for our 18 year old Kenmore Refrigerator that we LOVE and it fixed the ice maker to work again after replacing this part. The item for as described & was definitely a good value for the money.
