  I am very satisfied with my purchase. Packaged very well. Item as described... However, I bought the item on Feb. 19 but didn't receive item until March 3... The tracking # was provided the day after purchasing, so it was the carrier of it that caused such a long wait.it went well beyond estimated time to receive it. Like I said, tracking # was provided day after purchasing, so had to be an issue with the carrier.

  First package got lost for over 2 weeks, contacted shipper about reaching out to postal service to locate it or just send me a replacement instead of refunding me. Within a few days they ended up sending me a replacement which came quickly! Packaged well and with care. Incredibly satisfied by communication and speediness. It’s not often packages get lost! But I’m glad Diana was very professional and open to addressing my concerns and ensuring I was a satisfied customer.
