The packaging was adequate, perhaps not as substantial as some but the instrument arrived undamaged. It's hard to tell that the item has been "opened not used" all the accessories were there & protective plastic was still on the thumb rest. I'm happy with the price I paid and was pleasantly surprised by the postage cost. I've contacted the vendor regarding a small matter and they have been extremely helpful. I would definitely buy from this vendor again.

Ich habe also das benötigte Pedal bestellt und was soll ich noch anfügen? Perfekte Lieferzeit (2 Tage), gute Kommunikation, sehr gut verpackter Artikel. Ich vermute mal, einige Menschen differenzieren bei ihren Bewertungen eventuell etwas zu wenig?

Took a while to arrive but this was down to UK Customs & Excise and the Xmas period and all in all was kept in the loop via parcel tracking and direct emails from Roman at Zoundhouse, who was superb and answered all questions when contacted. Guitar was superbly outer packaged by Zoundhouse and arrived brand spanking new and undamaged. In the end, a pleasure to deal with, despite delays mentioned, many thanks for a guitar I thought I'd missed out on as out of stock in UK
