We had issues due to the original shipment being pilfered, I mean lost, by the USPS. Seller was on top of the issue keeping me informed daily and when we decided the original item was not going to be offered up by the USPS, they immediately shipped another one which arrived in only two days. Item was new, in perfect condition as described and did include original packaging as sell as a hard case. I would not hesitate to buy from this seller again!.
